This 2-hour presentation by Professional Trauma Counselor Janice Heckman, M.A., LMFT, DAPA, will help you understand how our community was affected, why Ike's destructivenss was so traumatic, the definition of trauma, and how to determine if behavior or symptoms are normal or need special help. She will present practical guidelines for dealing with recent trauma as well as resources for long-term recovery.
