Summer Business Bingo Volunteer Verification Form
Turn in your card with receipts or other proof (pictures, business cards, etc.) to be entered into a drawing for a prize basket filled with goodies from local Chamber Member Investor businesses!
How it works:
Each completed space = 1 point = 1 raffle ticket
Complete a space using a Chamber Member Investor = 2 points = 2 raffle tickets
Drop off your Bingo cards and any other required documentation to the Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce office no later than Thursday, August 7, 2025 by 5:00 PM to be entered for the raffle. You may also scan and send all documentation to Office@SantaFeTXChamber.com.
