Texas Select Seasonings at the Texas State Fair

Santa Fe, TX based Texas Select Seasonings will have all of their gourmet food products available at the Texas Department of Agriculture's Food & Fiber Pavilion Store through October 18th.  Owner William Powell cooked a 2-hour wild game demo earlier this month on the main stage including his signature red gravy smothered venison.  William and his wife Barbara will sample their products again on October 17th and 18th.  For further product information and recipes check out their website at www.texasselectseasonings.com or visit their retail store call Wild Bill's located inside Mall of the Mainland in Texas City.
