      BOARD ELECTION: COME CAST YOUR VOTE!
In accordance with the Bylaws of the Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce, Inc, Article V, Section 3, a committee meeting was held to nominate candidates for election of six members to the Chamber Board of Directors for the 2011-2012 Term. On September 21, 2010, the Board of Directors confirmed the following nominations:

Andrea Brinegar, Hometrust Mortgage
Kayla Cambiano, AMOCO Federal Credit Union
Rita Dugas, Superior Medical Billing Service
Jimmy Fullen, Galveston County Constable, Pct. 4
Joe Giusti, Chief Deputy Galveston County Constable, Pct. 4
Susan Johnston, Independent Nikken Wellness Consultant
Mary Key, Sunrise Realty
Monica O’Neal, College of the Mainland
Gabriel Torre, Veritrans
 
There are six Board positions and nine candidates; therefore, the membership will vote by secret ballot distributed at the General Membership Meeting.  A system of Absentee voting will be available.  The Absentee ballot will be available at the chamber office starting September 30^th. The Absentee vote must be turned in to the chamber office in a sealed envelope No Later than 3pm Tuesday, October 12, 2010.
