Haak House Rules

*Access through the back pavilion service entrance is never permitted. Please use the main entrance only.

* We do not reserve tables unless purchased through the ticket link. Not all events will have reserved tables available for purchase, and we limit the availability of reserved tables to ensure an optimal guest experience for those who do reserve. 

* Outside drinks are not permitted.

* Smoking and vaping are only allowed in outdoor, uncovered areas.

* Dogs are allowed in outdoor grassy areas. They must be on a leash, and you're responsible for cleaning up after them.

* There will be seating provided, but you are allowed to bring in your own lawn chairs. This is advisable for larger events.

* We serve wine in plastic during public events. You are allowed to bring in your own glassware.

* Refunds must be requested within 48 hours of the event date.
