Mainland Testing and Safety Council of Texas City will be holding an educational forum on:

Our first program dealt with the K2/Spice problem, this will be a continuation on that program. It will feature Attorney Michael Moore on legalities, Crystal Morrison on substance abuse prevention, Banks Kerr on treatment alternatives and Police Chief Burby on current laws.
