Must be 18 years of age.
Need not be present to win.
Per IRS regulation Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce, Inc. must obtain a Form W-9 from the winners. Winners must also pay sales tax prior to taking ownership. Maximum amount to be paid will be $384.37 for the mower.
