Look for the large Harborwalk billboard on 6. Follow the road until it dead ends at the Harborwalk security gate. (No you are not lost\, yes it is in the middle of nowhere\, just stay on the road) Tell the security guard that you are going to Floyd's for lunch and you will be let in.
