SUMMARY:Santa's Kingdom Drive
DESCRIPTION:Santa's Kingdom has provided for needy families in the Galveston county area since 2003. In the past we have had low response\, and few donators that are willing to help these needy families in this community. In the previous year we had 50 families contact us for help\, by Christmas Eve we were able to only help 5 families. We contacted The Galveston daily news to help advertise that we were in desperate need for donations and were then able to help over 75 families. We held the drive at Sherry's Caf  it soon turned into a huge success. De Montrond Toyota supplied us with two vehicles to assist with delivering\, and collecting donations on Christmas day. This year we are attempting to raise the bar and start collecting for these families sooner to ensure we are able to help provide for every family that contacts us. We will be holding a collections drive located at Sonic drive-in 4202 fm 1764 Santa fe\, TX 77510 in the parking lot on July 24\, 2010 and on going to July 25\, 2010 From 9am-5pm on Sat. Sun. will be from 9am-5pm. If you need us to come by to collect the donations contact Kevin Salter at (409) 526-4798. Thank you for all of your help. Come give back to the community and have a chance to win a free 18x21 double carport\, with free installation and We will also be giving away free route 44 drink coupons from Sonic.
